How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card
  - Visa
  - MasterCard
  - American Express
  - Discover
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Fixed Shipping Rate $19.99 will be charged for shipping.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We will review the products you have returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for this process.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently, Acelly only accept returns/exchanges of the products sold directly to you. Acelly monitors return/exchange activities for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Acelly in all instances.
Please understand that we are not responsible for exchange/return for a change of heart after receiving and using the product at this time.

Exchange/Return Fee:
- Exchange/return for reasons of change of heart after delivery process began will cost $29.99.
- If you did not receive the items you ordered or are missing items that were suppose to come with your order or if your product arrived in damaged form, please contact acelly.nyc@gmail.com

Exchange/Return Instruction:
As long as your return adheres to exchange/returns policy requirements, please reach out to Acelly support team at acelly.nyc@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number (return or exchange)
- Customer name and contact information (email and phone number)
- Ordered date
- Reason for return(or exchange)/Quantity/Product number
- Picture(photo) of received product

INSTRUCTION
Exchange/Return Requirements:
1) Within 30 days - You must request a exchange/return within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Exchange/return must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving return/exchange approval notification.
2) Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Exchange/return product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in new condition(un-opened). Acelly may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging or if opened.

Exchange/Return Rejection:
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Acelly will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer.
The customer can choose one of the following options:
1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $29.99 ; or
2. The product will be recycled.

If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Acelly informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Reward and store credit
Acelly do not operate reward and store credit services at this time. We are currently under review for new reward and store credit policies and will be updating soon.
